Antonio Gipson grew up in Dallas with one mission in mind: become an entrepreneur. While other kids were busy trading baseball cards, Antonio was trying to figure out how to charge his siblings “rent” for borrowing his toys. Spoiler alert: it didn’t work—but the entrepreneurial spirit was there from day one.

Fast forward a couple of decades (and a lot of trial and error), Antonio is now the founder and president of JoGip Property Management, one of the largest independent firms in Texas. Instead of toys, he now manages thousands of homes and investments—though he’s still known for keeping things in order and making sure everyone plays by the rules.

Beyond real estate, Antonio wears a few other hats: investor, business coach, husband, father, and full-time follower of Jesus Christ. His business advice is practical, his mentorship is inspiring, and his sense of humor reminds everyone that success doesn’t have to be boring.
